1. Services Description

Matthew Mangold Coaching ("we," "us," or "our") provides business coaching and consulting services for roofing company executives and owners. Our services include:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Strategy sessions and business diagnostics
• Group coaching and mastermind programs
• Digital resources, guides, and training materials

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your business
• Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared
• Implement strategies and complete agreed-upon action items
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies shared during coaching
• Communicate openly and honestly about challenges and progress

3. Payment Terms

Pricing: All fees are quoted in US dollars and are due as specified in your coaching agreement.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.

Payment Schedule: Payment terms vary by program. Monthly coaching fees are due on the first of each month. Strategy sessions require full payment before the session.

Late Payments: Accounts more than 14 days past due may result in suspension of services until the account is current.

4. Refund Policy

Strategy Sessions: Strategy session fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.

Coaching Programs: Monthly coaching programs may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial months.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable resources are final.

5. Disclaimers

No Guarantees: While we strive to provide valuable guidance, we cannot guarantee specific business results. Success depends on many factors including your implementation, market conditions, and business circumstances.

Not Professional Advice: Our coaching is educational in nature. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for such matters.

Testimonials: Results shared in testimonials and case studies are specific to those clients and are not guaranteed for all participants.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matthew Mangold Coaching shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
• Any actions taken based on information provided during coaching

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. However, we reserve the right to share anonymized, aggregate data for marketing purposes (such as general results achieved by clients). We will never share identifiable business information without your explicit written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, frameworks, and content provided during coaching (including the Critical Path Profit System™) remain the intellectual property of Matthew Mangold Coaching. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if you violate these terms, engage in unethical behavior, or fail to make required payments.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
